Most importantly, we hope you are well during this unprecedented time. We are all learning to adapt in order to do our jobs as effectively as possible. I have appreciated your positive messages of support for our teachers, especially this week, Teacher Appreciation Week. Thank you for your partnership in this work.
The Rhode Island Department of Education would like to hear from you as well. They are hoping to collect some statewide data from families about how distance learning is going and areas that can be improved. They will share the high level results from the surveys with us and we, in turn, will share them with you.

Thank you to everyone who met on Tuesday evening to create our 2020-2021 School Improvement Plan. We will meet one more time later this month and then submit our plan to our central office for approval. Please be on the lookout for a meeting date and time.
Teacher Appreciation Week
Thank you to all of our fantastic Winsor educators. The level of care you have shown during this year has been amazing. Whether you are leading morning meeting, teaching math, or showing up for a special recess surprise, your enthusiasm and care for our students shines through. In our virtual realm, your ability to adapt, work together, and still deliver a high quality education for our students speaks volumes about who you are. Know that everyone in our community appreciates you!
Thank you to our amazing PTO for recognizing our faculty this week. The uplifting pictures and videos, along with the raffles and gift card offerings made this week special. All of us appreciate and are thankful for your support of the faculty and staff; not only this week, but also all year long!
